Reveusema Limited (hereafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Drama Queen Show (hereafter the "Show") and the website www.dramaqueenshow.com (hereafter the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and your bookings for services at the Show (hereafter “Bookings”).

By proceeding with your Booking, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. These Terms apply to all Bookings made by you, whether you are an adult individual or a corporate entity.

If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the Website. We may change our Terms & Conditions from time to time without notification, and you should regularly review these terms when you visit our site.

I – USE OF THE WEBSITE

1.1 The Website is accessible to any user with an Internet connection and a compatible browser. You are responsible for obtaining, at your own cost, all necessary equipment and telecommunications services required to access and use the Website.
1.2 The Company shall make its best efforts to ensure the Website is available on a 24/7 basis. However, access may occasionally be restricted or suspended, without notice, for maintenance or to introduce new features. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of these interruptions.
1.3 The Company does not control the risks related to using the Internet and draws your attention to the potential risks in terms of confidentiality of information transmitted via this network, interruptions in electronic communications, denial of service, viruses, computer bugs, and other unforeseen disruptions not under the control of the Company.
1.4 We strive to ensure that the information provided on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that this information is complete, current, or error-free.
1.5 You must not use the Website in any improper or unlawful manner or in breach of any legislation or license that applies to you.
1.6 You agree that when using the Website you will not:
(a) publish, post, upload, store, distribute, or disseminate any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harmful, confidential, libelous, hateful, or otherwise illegal material or information, or anything which might constitute a criminal or civil offense;
(b) upload files or other data that contain software or other material which are the intellectual property rights of any third party or which are protected by rights of privacy or publicity of any third party without having received all necessary consents;
(c) upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other software or programs that may interfere with or damage the operation of the Website or any other computer.
1.7 You are responsible for ensuring that no one uses your equipment to access the Website without your permission. We will be entitled to assume that anyone who accesses the Website using your equipment has your permission to do so, and you will be liable for any charges or any other costs, liabilities, or damages that may be incurred by any such person.

II – BOOKING

2.1 Bookings can be made directly through the Website. You are permitted to book up to five (5) items (seats or tables) per performance. Please note that resale and reproduction of tickets or e-tickets are strictly prohibited.
2.2 The booking will include only the services explicitly stated in the selected offer. Additional services requested on the day of the show will incur extra charges accordingly.
2.3 All offers, except specific promotions, entitle you to a seat at the show as indicated on the tickets.
2.4 After selecting the offer, date, time, and specifying the number of attendees, you must provide personal data, accept these terms, and proceed to payment. A confirmation email detailing your booking will be sent.
2.5 E-tickets are sent via email after payment confirmation and are non-transferable. Identification may be required at the entrance. Each e-ticket has a unique barcode valid for a single entry only on the first presentation at the show. Subsequent uses of the same e-ticket will be denied.
2.6 Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is canceled by us. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted to info@dramaqueen.show within six months from the cancellation date.

III – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

3.1 Prices are in Euros, inclusive of tax, and vary based on the selected offer, date, and time. Prices are detailed on the Website.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, charging the prices in effect when the booking is made.
3.3 Payments can be made online via major credit/debit cards.
3.4 Identification may be required for payments made by bank instruments.

IV – TICKET/E-TICKET

4.1 Each ticket, whether an e-ticket or a physical ticket, features a unique barcode that permits a single entry for one client to the Show, specifically for the service for which it has been issued. Access to the Show is granted only on the first presentation of the ticket. Any subsequent presentations of the same ticket or a copy of it will be automatically denied when the barcode is scanned.
4.2 You are responsible for the safekeeping and use of your ticket. The ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
4.3 Reselling tickets, whether e-tickets or physical tickets, is strictly prohibited. No ticket may be reproduced in any form.

V – SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA FOR TICKETS ORDERED ONLINE

5.1 We have entrusted our payment system to a service provider specializing in secure online payments. This ensures total confidentiality of the client's bank details, secured by the SSL protocol. This protocol systematically checks the validity of access rights when clients pay by debit or credit card and encrypts all exchanges to guarantee confidentiality.
5.2 By ordering through the website, you consent to the Company using your personal data necessary for the proper processing of orders. We commit to using this data solely for providing information and commercial offers related to our products and will not disclose it to third parties, except upon request from any judicial or administrative authority authorized by law to obtain such information.
All such information shall be treated with care and discretion. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the national and European laws in force, notably the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is managed in accordance with the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right at any time to access, rectify, oppose, delete, and port your data, or limit its processing as described in the Privacy Policy. To exercise these rights and obtain related information, simply submit a request to info@dramaqueen.show.

VI – INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE VENUE

6.1 In order to welcome you in the best conditions, the doors of the Company will open one hour before the start of the Show with the Welcome Program. Persons arriving at the entrance after the beginning of the Show may be refused admission, and no refunds will be given.
6.2 The Company shall do its utmost to offer a service in accordance with expectations. The order, arrangement, or distribution of the Show shall be at the Company’s discretion, and no complaints may be made if the schedule or distribution is modified. Interruptions to the Show lasting more than half of its duration may not give rise to any refund or complaint of any kind.
6.3 Individuals under 18 years of age are not allowed at the Show.
6.4 Appropriate clothing is required (no flip-flops, caps, shorts, Bermuda shorts, sports clothing/footwear, or sleeveless tops for men) and respectful behavior towards the Company employees and performers is expected. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or to eject any individual who disturbs the smooth running of the Show, without refund or compensation.
6.5 For security reasons, upon entry to the Company, you may be required to undergo a security search and/or visual inspection of hand luggage by authorized agents.
6.6 Animals are not accepted, except for guide dogs for blind people or assistance dogs helping individuals holding an invalidity card and a priority card for people with disabilities, in accordance with the regulations in force. Emotional support dogs (or any other animals) are not accepted within the Company.
6.7 Photographing, filming, or recording any part of the Company venue and the Show is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this prohibition shall be penalized by confiscation of the device until the end of the Service or ejection of the individual, without refund or compensation, and may also result in legal action.
6.8 Mobile telephones must be turned off during the Show.
6.9 Reproducing texts, logos, images, or any other element shown on the Company website, on the ticket, on emails sent by the Company, or on any document issued by the Company is also prohibited.
6.10 The Company does not assume any liability for any damage to items brought by you and not deposited in the locations provided for this purpose.
6.11 The Show is an entirely non-smoking area.
6.12 If an audiovisual recording is made of the Show, you shall be informed that your image may be shown therein.

VII – INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

7.1 The content of the Website, the interior architecture of the Show, the choreography of the acts, the lighting, staging, scenery, and costumes, as well as any creations made specifically for/by Drama Queen Show, are protected by copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual or industrial property rights.
7.2 As a result, all elements that appear on the Website or are broadcast during the Show may not be reproduced, used, disseminated, or recorded.
7.3 You may view, download, and print any materials and information made available to you through the Website subject to the following conditions:
(a) the material and information may only be used for your personal and non-commercial purposes;
(b) the material and information shall not be reproduced or included in any other work or publication in any medium without our written permission;
(c) the material and information may not be modified or altered in any way;
(d) the material and information may not be distributed or sold to any third party;
(e) you may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the material or the information.
7.4 The name “Drama Queen!” is a registered trademark, the use of which by unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited unless provided for by law, and constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Law 59/76

VIII – FORCE MAJEURE

8.1 Force majeure refers to any event that is reasonably unpredictable and insurmountable, making it impossible or significantly more expensive for us to fulfill some or all of our contractual obligations related to the Service. Circumstances considered as force majeure include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, fires, flooding, earthquakes, strikes or other social unrest, disruptions in energy supplies, embargoes, sabotage, interventions by civil or military authorities, acts of war, hostilities (whether declared or not), acts of terrorism, or riots.
8.2 The Company shall not be deemed to have failed in fulfilling its obligations if the fulfillment of its obligations related to the Service is hindered, prevented, or delayed by a force majeure event. In such cases, the Company's liability cannot be incurred for any reason whatsoever.

IX – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. This means that your access to and use of the service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, will be governed by Cypriot law.
9.2 Any disputes or claims that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved by the courts of Cyprus, which will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Website or use of our services. This includes any dispute or claim involving the Company or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.
